How do I determine if I need a CNC or an ECC for my project?

You need to consult EMB MC 2014-005 and subsequent amending policies in order to screen the project for EIA requirements.

How often do SMRs need to be submitted to the EMB Regional Office?

Quarterly. Some regions include the schedule of submission on the issued permits.

How often do CMRs need to be submitted to the EMB Regional Office?

Semi-Annually.

If I have a CNC, do I have to secure a PTO, DP and/or HWID?

Yes, you still have to depending on the project components present in your projects.

No, only of you have an ECC will you be required to submit CMRs

Once my PCO training is complete, does it mean I can also be a PCO for LLDA?

No, it does now. LLDA has its own Basic PCO training and its own PCO accreditation process.
