DECLEAR101 is a waste management entity that offers integrated solutions for the collection, recovery and disposal of waste. It is also established to provide recycling collection services to business and industries in compliance with Solid Waste Management Act of 2000 or R.A. 9003.
In Chapter VII Section 57 of R.A 9003, “The Commission shall encourage commercial and industrial establishment, through appropriate incentives other that tax incentives, to initiate, participate and invest in integrated ecological solid waste management projects, to manufacture environment-friendly products, to introduce, develop and adopt innovative processes that shall recycle and re-use materials, conserve raw materials and energy, reduce waste and prevent pollution, and to undertake community activities to promote and propagate effective solid waste management practice.”
Before establishing DECLEAR101 Recycling Scrap Trading, the Owner has been involved in the operation and management of MRF facilities, waste water treatment, composting plants, buying and selling of scrap materials.
